All of your orders will be custom created just for you.
You will receive an initial proof for all of the items that you order. Please be sure to review the proof completely to be sure there are no spelling errors, transpositions, etc.
Once you approve the proof we will begin production.
No changes to the design can be made once production has begun.
Because all of our items are custom made to your specifications we cannot offer returns. We only buy blanks and decorate what you order with the designs you request.
If we are unable to source the items you originally specified, we will make every effort to find substitutes of equal quality and value.
If we are unable to source a substitute we will refund you for those unavailable items.
